Cons
Work/life balance is a priority in the long-term, but roles on the product team can be very intense in certain periods in response to market events or company changes (new initiatives, someone leaves, etc.) Company has definitely had growing pains and missteps as it scales into a more mature business, e.g. strategy changes that were employed before implications were fully thought out or without sufficient guidance from leadership; an influx of lateral hires into senior positions, some of which have not worked out and that overall have made maintaining the culture more challenging. These are generally manageable cons, but have fluctuated in intensity over the last year or two.
