      Pros

      Great compensation (higher than other companies), can get promoted within 6-12 months easily, great benefits (health insurance, life insurance, flexible vacation policy, flexible work from home policy, matched 401K, gym + $50/month due to COVID). Competitive salary, the best parties ever, snacks, coffee, teas, drinks. Very attentive management. If you need a break, please, take it. The management strongly encourages to take a break, especially in current difficult situation. And WE are proud of it. One-on-one meetings very often to see what your career goals are and the company will take care of you, if you devote yourself fully. The best place to start your career in corporate industry.

      Cons

      Sometimes the work hours will go beyond of regular 8 hours, but it's a part of a challenge and a part of our success.

      - Strong culture that underpins everything we do (lots of ownership, everyone respects each other, everyone is aligned to the same goals) - Get to work with very smart and driven coworkers, no one has an ego - Encouraged to try new things, make mistakes, learn and do it all over again - Strong product and development, very well regarded by clients - Flexible working environment and great office near Union Square

      Cons

      No real downsides that I can think of. It's challenging yet exciting and rewarding work. If you're not looking for that, then it might not be the best fit for you

      Pros

      * Autonomy, ownership and transparency are not just buzz word in this company. These values are being demonstrated at every level of the company, starting with the founders. * Great to work amongst talented, motivated people * Big focus on the tech side on always improving our technologies, experimenting with new ideas and shipping code in production fast * Wide range of technologies used internally. Good training and constant focus on making sure people keep on learning. * A lot of perks: over the market compensations, health insurance, snacks, Thursday + Friday lunch, gym membership... * A great work environment

      Cons

      * We're mostly doing back-end work. It might not be the best place to learn extensive front-end skills or mobile application implementation.
