- a lot to learn, skillset, product knowledge - praise culture, lots of acknowledgements - helping each other - problem-solving efficiency

- flexible hours but some night time work/meetings - some experiments so will need to figure out uncertainty

Pros

The team and culture are great. YD emphasizes impact and ownership, so the work is motivating and meaningful and you control how you get your work done.

Cons

Because of the emphasis on ownership, if something you own breaks, you are responsible for fixing it. That can sometimes mean working late or on weekends. I think having ownership over your work makes that worth it, but it may not be a fit for everyone.
