      Pros

      There are many pros of working at YipitData but something that really sticks out is leadership and culture. They are transparent and truly care about employees and clients. Our culture holds everyone accountable for their impact and you work alongside many talented people. Work life balance is manageable and there is the opportunity to grow/develop professionally.

      Cons

      Like every company that has rapid growth, change comes. But truly, the ability to scale and acknowledge the market has made my experience here great.

      Pros

      Since starting to work at Yipit, I have enjoyed every single moment. I love my manager who has been extremely kind, helpful and someone I can really lean on when I need some guidance/support on any given day. I have learned so much from them and continue to do so every day. I really enjoy working with my team, who are all truly incredible people. Everyone I've worked with thus far has been open to ideas, questions and really collaborative. I'm very excited to keep growing here at Yipit!!

      I really have not experienced any cons at YipitData and this is a company that I'm very grateful/happy to be working for!
