      -Very strong culture that senior management leads by example --> big emphasis on transparency, which helps ensure employees are aligned on achieving the right things -Emphasis on employee impact, which gives people the opportunity to grow quickly -Dynamic day-to-day --> there new challenges as the company grows + changes, which provides an opportunity to learn new skills to solve for these problems -Fun, smart, and motivated co-workers, highly collaborative environment

      Cons

      -It's a pretty dynamic environment so processes + goals change and evolve frequently. Because of this, it can sometimes feel like there's a lot going on at any one time.

      Genuinely proud to work at this company. Not something easy to say about 95% of employers. Highly intellectually stimulating work Lots of growth opportunity Excellent product Values of are not just corporate speak, but very grounded in how things are done. Extremely talented colleagues. Competitive comp Strong senior management with significant transparency

      Cons

      As with any high growth company, there's lots of change. This means having to solve problems yourself and step outside your core responsibilities. Not as much of a con, but a basic reality.

      Pros

      Since I first heard about a job opportunity here and have been very excited joining this company st a time with so much potential growth. Also since I started, I've been consistently impressed with the company culture, they don't just talk the talk, they walk the walk. It's engrained in nearly every aspect within the organization. The CEO is also very good at creating a feeling of being 'one team' and all working towards the same vision and goals. He's seriously bought in to the culture and employees and genuinely wants everyone to succeed.

      Cons

      Nothing that's unmanageable or unexpected, but natural growing pains and quick pivots.
