      Pros

      The culture emphasizes ownership and autonomy, however everyone I've worked with has also been very open to collaborating and helping out when needed. It really does feel like a close knit team and the managers and directors truly seem to care about their employee's development and opportunities to grow within the company.

      Cons

      With rapid growth comes quick changes sometimes, but I've found that management and leadership does a great job at making these changes known and answering questions.
