-amazing virtual onboarding experience, really feel like part of the team although we are not in an office together -very open and supportive culture, everyone is here to support each other and help the company continue to grow -strong ownership mentality, I feel trusted and empowered to make decisions related to both clients and work/life balance -leadership (including c-level) is very transparent and accessible to the entire organization

- Amazing team made up of friendly, smart, and motivated people who have developed a great culture to be a part of - Lots of opportunities for career growth and exploration - The company genuinely cares about work-life balance and works hard to make sure nobody is being overworked - Very transparent management from the top down - Great remote onboarding process

Cons

Work can get busy at times, which is natural for a high growth company, but flexibility surrounding work hours and overall company focus on work-life balance make it easier to handle
