Pros

Training isn't just with your manager or your team. You get a clear understanding of each department, the product, industry, how to use the full tech stack, and your specific role. Training is about 5 weeks, they give you small assignments to make sure you feel confident and prepared to get the job done. Overall the level of transparency and communication throughout the organization has been the most impressive.

Cons

That I haven't been able to check out the incredible workspace they have due to covid.

Since the work is one of a kind, everyone who joins the data product team starts at the entry level position which might restrict some talented individuals to join.
