Great culture and they really only hire the best people. Whatever team you join, there will only be great people. Career progress is really a subject for discussion, not let aside.

Cons

Despite of how much I earn, I'll always think I could earn more. But the compensation is pretty fair.

- Good compensation -- considering I live in Brazil and spend in reais - Well-defined career path - Flexibility - 3 months training - Benefits include healthcare reimbursement, wellness, working from home, etc.

Cons

- Depending, sometimes there is a somewhat heavy workload - Free PTO is good in theory, in practice there is a chance you will get less free time than you imagine.
