      Pros

      The company's core values are centered around ownership and impact, not face time or time spent at the company. This empowers employees to work as hard as they want to, and rewards employees who make a big impact in a short amount of time. The culture of YipitData is ideal for anyone that likes to be surrounded by extremely intelligent, ambitious people that want to work hard, learn new things, and achieve company and personal goals. At the same time, everyone is able to maintain a healthy work life balance because employees are given significant independence in determining their own work schedule, vacations, time spent working from home, etc

      Cons

      This place is awesome, so there aren't really any legitimate cons. The only con I can think of is that you probably won't make as much money as you would working at a hedge fund or some other high paying job, but that is to be expected when working at any startup. That being said, this company does pay very well compared to other startups
