Messages where you are cross-examined and put on blast in front of multiple people/teams do happen and people are afraid to speak up afterwards. There is a predefined process/framework for literally every task, and any deviation from it will be met with severe pushback. Again, this is a company that claims to value "ownership". Product leadership is pushing for new initiatives and changes every week, but all its causing is more work, more processes and frameworks to be defined, and more stress for an already burnt-out and underpaid product team. The cherry on top of all of this is that more and more roles are being filled by overseas hires so you have to worry about job security on top of all of the factors noted above.
