Open communication from my manager in terms of organizational changes and positive and negative feedback on my work. Great teammates who are willing to help and share what they do. Friendly colleagues who are willing to meet with me as a new employee and get to know me. High growth company with a lot in store for the future.
Cons
High growth leads to quick changes. Getting from current state to new state, and implementing changes creates a lag where there are two existing states. Change is hard, but this is just normal start-up stuff.
