      I have an amazing relationship with my client. I would work for them in a heartbeart. Yoh Pro's - Decent benefits Wonderful colleagues (recruiters)

      Cons

      Zero growth opportunity No merit increases in 3 yrs for any of the recruiters Very disorganized Overzealous with meetings wasting time with zero value add I have had 5 managers in 3 yrs. There is zero transparency with management. You get to your immediate manager and that is it. The leadership is so far removed, they have ZERO interest in us.

      Pros

      Financially stable company with a 70+ year history owned by a larger company with a 100+ year history. Privately owned, but has many of the controls of a public company. Parent company initiatives hold a long term view.

      Cons

      Unfocused leadership team that takes a shotgun approach to the marketplace (we sell anything!). Turnover in leadership team has occured with regularity and is expected to continue, leading to further course corrections. Little overall growth (growth in one area gets offset decreases in another).

      Personally, I agree that the people at Yoh really are smart and talented and every company has challenges with processes. However, the thing I like about Yoh is that we are empowered to come up with solutions and I think the company is open to peoples' ideas. At least where I'm at, we're always striving to get better. As far as Senior Management listening, I think they're getting better. : )
