Pros

RPO represents well-branded companies and provides structure to be successful. Virtual employees are kept in the loop and treated well. Great culture with strong rapport amongst employees.

Cons

Too structured when it comes to process. TON of reports and correspondence that is required per RPO contract(s). Spend too much time justifying your numbers than actually recruiting. Unwilling to have administration assist with documentation piece - with over 50+ open requisitions, it impossible to be all things to all people.
