Pros

Offered quality training on a day to day basis. Lots of opportunity for progression and overall company ethos was positive. This may have changed though.

Cons

Senior management were unclear on lots of things. Would say one manager in particular was a bully and created a negative atmosphere.

If you are in the RPO sector there is the opportunity with large multinational companies and good corporate recruiting experience. Pay tends to be good on the RPO team.

Cons

They value the bottom line over employees. I understand that businesses need to make money. But they take it to a level that's borderline appalling to their employees. They also tend to treat their embedded employees as resources more than human beings. Advancement and growth opportunities can be limited if you are on a contract supporting a customer.
