Nice offices with free parking. Commission scheme is good

Cons

Lots of people leaving in late 2016 and 2017, they have been through this before a few years ago so struggle to retain staff. Lack of atmosphere in the office as it's so big but there are only a few people there. No one is really billing that well there and managers are inexperienced

Yoh works as a team, every one here is dedicated to work for the candidate as well as the client. There is not a person who works in the St. Louis, Missouri office who would not help another team member we are all in it together.

Cons

Working with any client relationships there are challenges.
