      I have nothing positive to say about my experience with Yoh.

      Cons

      -Horrible management; Reminiscent of talking to a brick wall. -Consistent changes in process with lack of communication to employees. -Lack of employee recognition -Favoritism, nepotism, etc. is quite rampant. -Should hire sheep since they treat employees like herd animals.

      Great base pay BUT extremely low commission structure. Negotiate a high base salary up-front!

      POOR MANAGEMENT. In it for them; value process over productivity. Worst manager, EVER.

      earn a good income and more with hard work.

      Cons

      Unprofessionalism throughout company. Foul language and yelling hourly, could not answer phone at times because of the language. Beyond unprofessional dress with tatoos showing, very low cut tops on women and 5 inch heels on a daily basis. Could not bring customers into office. The dress code is to be business casual. Other employees were 'do not rehire' from former employers and some that did not have college degrees and struggle to even use Outlook. Benefits are very expensive. Micromanaged in that you have to be there right at 8 and not leave before 5. Cannot work from home occassionally. Some offices were so dirty that you could not sit in the guest chairs.
