Training was very well structured and the compensation was more than fair as a temporary contractor.

Cons

Very long hours for a salary position and they still had you submit hours each week but you could not submit more than 40 hours in the system but you may actually work between 50-55 hours.

Everyone is always late to meetings, starting from the CEO, so it turns into a culture. It’s fine if you’re late too but difficult if you’re the type of person who is always on time
