      Individual contributors below management are a wonderful and talented group.

      Cons

      Gaslighting, manipulation and unlawful terminations. Held hostage but the company forcing overtime without pay which is highly illegal. Constant harassment and discrimination. Stay clear of this succubus of a company

      The individual team members are good to work with.

      Cons

      - Staffing levels well below what is needed to sustain a good work environment - Very low standards for the work being performed will lead to a critical mission failure - Management does not seem to plan any of the work until it's a critical need that has become an emergency - No training - No support - Little to no communication of expectations - Management does not respect their employees - Management doesn't understand the work they are managing
