      Pros

      Unlimited PTO and healthcare that’s about it. Lots of good people here who are just trying to make it day to day.

      Cons

      Upper management is the worst I’ve ever experienced in career. In my opinion, imagine the worst management you can think of, multiply that by 100 and that’s what you have at York. Good luck if you fall under any Operations management. -They continuously lie to their teams -Hire their friends to receive large referral bonuses - Have no understanding on what the difference is between a leader and a manager - bad mouth employees to other employees -Given zero support

      Not for everyone

      Pros

      The technicians are almost all pretty good and capable people. Very cool work with the possibility to assist in launch operations. Have historically been open to people without specific space or even technical background. Great resume builder.

      Cons

      Very little organizational transparency. This includes information about the specific direction of the company, deadlines, hold ups, and even organizational charts and working hours. Very little floor and process organization. Almost no functional training. MANY last minute mandatory hour shifts including mandatory overtime and full schedule changes with very little, if any, notice. It has ranged from maybe two weeks notice on the better end down to *that day* on the low end. This isn't inherently a con but if you want a job where you walk in, they give you a task, then you do that task it's fine as long as you're okay with frequently poor, vague, or incorrect work instructions.

      Pros

      There is infinite advancement opportunities at York. I personally have held 5 jobs at York across multiple disciplines which has greatly expanded my knowledge. I have also been well compensated for covering various openings when the company required it, which is nice

      Cons

      Working at York is legitimately difficult. Its a smaller company, there is no room for low performers. If you are looking for a comfortable job, this is not a fit
