Pros

Culture on a team level can be great, there are a lot of smart talents people working for this company.

Cons

Upper management drives the ship into the ground. It is a very poorly managed company from The CEO down. They over promise and under deliver making for a stressful work environment with unrealistic expectations.

Cons

Company doesn’t really show appreciation for team members outside of experienced engineers. Very high micro management environment. Have to ask permission for everything.
