      Decent company but somewhat chaotic and compensation could be better

      Pros

      No premiums on healthcare for employee and spouse, interesting work, smart coworkers. Unlimited PTO (but can only do 10 days at a time).

      Cons

      Salary is meh, bonuses are meh (even when company is doing well), culture is chaotic and gradually becoming less employee friendly. Not as organized as many big companies.

      Great for actually contributing to aerospace. Lots to do. Little upside careerwise.

      Pros

      You actually get to contribute to space missions that fly. Very fast paced may not be for everyone. Cool work Good base benefits (healthcare, dental, 401k could be more competitive but there)

      Cons

      Wages are not very competitive, very little bonuses this year, really seems like the people that own the company are starting to tighten purse string. No incentives for performance really, small awards for good deeds but no equity opportunities or anything
