      Pros

      York is an engineering led company. We have a great product and world-class engineering team. I've never worked for a team with such a consistently high level of talent and also such a collegiate environment. I joined York because I enjoy building hardware while continuing to learn new thing and I get to do both every day here. I left working for the primes because I was tired of reactionary process without purpose and mission assurance that only assured no mission. But I also passed on new space companies that had no respect for all the hard lessons learned over the many years of space flight. In York, I found the perfect balance between the two extremes.

      I have worked at five other companies in my professional career, in both the public and private sectors. I feel as though I have finally found a home for the foreseeable future. The work environment is professional, and there is a great emphasis placed on work life balance. York is building a team that is composed of talented and driven individuals that are working collaboratively to set trends in the satellite industry. I am proud to work for York Space Systems, and I am excited to see us grow and succeed for many years to come. The benefits and pay are above industry standard and offer a complete package when coupled with the amazing team I work with.

      Cons

      Parking is a little difficult, but that is normal for many companies in downtown Denver. The pros far outweigh the cons.
