Cons
York and its management are extremely unethical, unprofessional, and, of course, money hungry. This hunger for money leads to several unethical business practices. The company does not respect its employees and is only concerned with lining up the pockets of upper management. They are very unethical, constantly lying on government and classified contracts to secure business with the DoD. There is no formal process whatsoever throughout the company. Everything is ad-hoc and you can never know what to expect the next day. Upper management does not vet properly and only hires individuals for leadership positions based on friendship or personal relationships, in order to attain referral bonuses. Did I mention no formal structure and process? It is like the wild wild west at York.
