      Pros

      Expanding in most departments, high visibility in the aerospace market. Overall, I feel fairly secure in my position right now. There is a little bit of a culture shift for the better in operations and lots of new opportunities in the long term.

      Cons

      PTO is not the best for hourly employees. It is slightly below industry standards at 2 weeks per year to start.
