      Lots of opportunities to learn and grew in your discipline. Fairly flat company allowing for large impact company wide. Everyone is an essential contributor.

      Cons

      Need to be comfortable with flexibility and frequent change. Processing are not white in place which means a lot of building.

      Pros

      I have worked at many companies and this is the place to be if you want to grow your skills fast and work on a variety of projects. It is very satisfying to have the hardware built in the same facility as the engineering offices. Additional management has been added recently and the work environment has changed for the better. Each lead engineer is responsible for their own subsystem and you aren't micro-managed. A few "bad apples" have quit recently and that has gone a long way towards improving the workplace. We have great benefits and work-life balance.

      Cons

      We need a few more private work areas to have supplier phone calls or candidate interviews.
