      Exciting work, new space company, that likes to move fast. All the work you want, plenty of learning opportunities.

      Cons

      The company has a tendency to hide things, which trickles down throughout the workplace. Going fast and making build/launch deadlines are important, but not at the sake of violating contractual obligations.

      The benefits were great, no premiums because York paid them.

      Cons

      Management is terrible from the top down for a billion dollar company you think they would have somebody with leadership skills. It feels like nobody knows what going on and they just try everything tell something works Pay is no longer competitive they are trying to get top talent at low end pay Management constantly lies to its employees and talks behind your back
