Pros

Great, driven teammates and the ability to make an impact quickly. Will gain more experience early on than at most other places.

Cons

Leaders with 0 leadership traits. All the top players get ridiculous quarterly bonuses, so are incentivized to make sure all employees under them are working their tail off so they get the payout, while the employees are typically underpaid. Everyone above Director level gives middle school bully energy.

Rampant favoritism across most departments. Upper level management openly speaks ill of departments and individuals. 45 hour minimum work with no overtime pay.

Cons

Upper management drives the ship into the ground. It is a very poorly managed company from The CEO down. They over promise and under deliver making for a stressful work environment with unrealistic expectations.
