You need to be careful of what you say. Saying anything not advertiser friendly could leave you with a demonetized video.

I loved that I could chose my own schedule, make any type of video I wanted, and have people who watched me.

Cons

There is not a lot of pay for a lot of work, especially in the begining! There has also been a lot of negative changes to the site recently.
