This company is made up of incredibly smart people who have a passion for technology. The VR and AR capability continues to grow every day. The environment is increasingly more collaborative. There is always opportunity for growth and if you want to see change, you can make it happen if you are dedicated to big picture goals and show long term advantage. The C suite is increasingly more open to listening to ideas and implementing them if they benefit everyone. I’ve seen a lot of positive change in open communication between all of management and among each department’s employees.
