Great Environment, Big Potential

Pros

No Investors. Freedom to create, and build incredible things in an environment surrounded by smart young professionals. Founders are young, and so is the rest of the company. You always have a voice, as each employee searches for the best idea, and the next step to improve the product and process. In an industry that moves really fast all employees work together to keep up with the latest changes.

Cons

Software Dev is not perfect, Technology is not perfect, and comes with issues: bugs, delays, downtime service, and in the end, sometimes angry irritated clients.
