Pros

Good work/life balance. Make your own hours.

Cons

Recruiting volunteer leaders in a 'non-pipeline'/non-college town is the worst.

Pros

It's ministry, and it can be very rewarding. Benefits are good. Lots of good people to work with.

Cons

Can be very political. Some camping properties have management in place that lacks professionalism or management skills. Overall, upper management seems to be out of touch with what the mission is doing. Compensation is minimal. Results are prioritized above employee health.
