Pros
They strive for excellence, and expect that from new employees as well. Young Life gives you great training, incredible benefits, and valuable experience.
Cons
Some of the processes are unprofessional, or come across as lazy. The interview process and job placement/start-up process, for instance, takes entirely too long. You're often left waiting for months without hearing any update. Something they constantly try to improve on, however.
