Pros

Excellent youth ministry training, amazing camps, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact on a community. Young Life takes care of their employees and sets them up to be successful.

Cons

Raising money for the area can be a difficult process if the area is new or in a transition. Often times really talented people have to leave staff because the area can no longer afford to pay them.
