Pros

It's a great company that's centered around getting kids to Christ! It's about having fun and not boring high school students with the gospel. If you never want to grow up, then this is that organization for you. Fun 24/7.

Cons

You can easily be discouraged when you are not seeing the results of your hard work. But you must trust that The Lord will use your labors even if you can't see them instantly.

Pros

Lots of support from staff around you, strong core values of reaching kids and overall very fun place.

Cons

You primarily work remotely from an area office or your home. Thus you don't have a lot of office type interaction on a day to day basis.
