Pros

The community is like no other. You will build life-time relationships in this organization. The work is meaningful, you are tangibly making a difference in teens lives. Also, it's fun!!

Cons

It's easy to burn-out because the "work-load" is never-ending. You have to be good at setting boundaries or it takes up your entire life. Also, you have to fundraise a lot.

Pros

Free Housing, Food, Use of Camp and benefits

Cons

Paid Minimum Wage during off season and stipend in summer...was tough to live on. Plus you had to raise a portion of it.
