Pros

The leadership is respectful, helpful, and supportive. Neosha, my supervisor, leads by example and is the first one to jump in to do hard work. It's a truly positive work environment, and you can tell the staff care for the clients we serve.

Cons

We were understaffed and could have used periodic training lessons in case management to bolster our work.
