Pros

This program is beneficial to helping families get community resources by exposing them to new ventures. Youth Advocate wants the family to be successful in meeting their goals that set for themselves. If the child is matched with the right Advocate you will see the child as well as the family grow towards their goals with self confidents. Also the hours are very flexible.

Cons

Not enough funding to pay staff or support the families in the program. Paperwork glitches because of old outdated computers.
