Pros

My time at YAP included an inclusive and supportive environment in my division. My supervisors and colleagues made sure to encourage a positive work environment especially when it came to providing support when working with clients/families.

Cons

Driving was my least favorite part of the job. You will not be compensated for mileage or gas unless you are traveling between clients. There is also little to no room for advancement within the org.

Pros

None none none none none

Cons

There is no leadership with the people they have put in place; and if you are a person of color, you have to beg for an evaluation to get a raise that you have clearly earned. This place is the worst. I would give it zero stars if I could.
