Pros

Not really any pros. The only pro is making your own schedule. However, you are "on-call" 24 hours per day 7 days per week...So the flexibility isn't even really flexibility.

Cons

Salary, location, work environment, inflexibility, management, lack of ability to progress, disorganization within agency
