Pros

You get to choose your own schedule. The satisfaction of helping others see the progress of clients and their families.

Cons

They are always understaffed. It’s part-time job but feels like a full time job at times. Get paid very little there is no pay raises and very little trainings. It could be stressful at times. Program coordinators are sometimes overworked. Some weeks I had 20 hours I was barely surviving off that other weeks I only worked 4-6 hours.
