Pros

The offer generous paid time off which is important when you are working with families in high stress situations. The position was a self-managed position which was nice at times. The people who work in this company truly care and I liked being apart of the mission.

Cons

Some of the cons were poor training, not enough resources for family workers, and low pay for having a bachelor degree.

Pros

Helping troubled youth and their families Friendly staff

Cons

Expect to be challenged by youth and their families. It takes time to form a relationship. Understand that some of these kids and their families do not want to be in the program, but don't give up on them.
