Pros

You feel good about what you're doing. You learn a lot. Make your own schedule. Managers and coworkers are very nice.

Cons

Some of the families are difficult. Compensation and room for growth leave something to be desired. You have to be available when children are available which is hard if you have your own family. Not much room for growth.
