Pros

paid weekly. Benefits are Good.

Cons

Horrible Director! This position is not a MANAGEMENT role. This position is clerical only. The Director does not give whoever is in this position to actually manage. The Director hands over most duties and responsibilities that a Director should have. The Director only takes credit for the work already performed by other staff with no recognition and support given to those who are doing the work.

Pros

Flexible schedule, excellent compensation, ability to work from home, friendly environment. Clinical Director is always accessible and willing to help and mentor. I never felt ignored or unvalued.

Cons

The physical building itself leaves a lot to be desired. A/C rarely works, and everything is just...old. Obviously the type of work you are doing takes a toll, as well. No shows and late cancellations can be frustrating, because you don't get paid, but those decrease over time. Limited parking.
