Pay hasn't increased in years - after being there for years, I was making the same as new people coming in HR department is not helpful at all

Pros

The idea and concept is great. Flexible hours.

Cons

Since new management the work experience not great. They will work to keep certain employees usually the people who has some for of substance abuse. That is fine but after multi times.... They are no longer paying money and attention to quality of work has changed to quantity.
