Pros

Flexible schedule, based upon family availability and/or school hours. I enjoyed working outside of the ordinary office setting while working in classrooms and daycares with children. A great deal of responsibility and time management when outside of working hours to get case notes completed

Cons

Time outside of normal job to complete case notes was cumbersome sometimes. It just added time at the end of your full day. No vacation or holiday pay per contract work Non-profit so office setting and resources were limited Case notes were completed on paper but eventually were able to be done at a computer at the office
