Pros

The hours that you could work were flexible.

Cons

There were no pay increases. They don't take care of their staff the experience is definitely transactional. Expectations are high, but other than your check don't expect anything else.

Pros

YAP overall model is good. Really seems to care as a company for the clients. Wants to help give back to the community.

Cons

Not willing to work hard to keep staff. Revolving door like cattle. Doesn't seem like they care enough to offer good benefits such as good insurance to staff. Staff have to work 35 hour to get insurance and then insurance is awful. There is no pay for days off. Clients cancel and checks are so low and they are pushing to meet clients and drive everywhere on low pay. No bonuses offered. No pay increases. No incentive to stay long term.
