Pros

The staff was very friendly and helped train.

Cons

Training is paid only half of the regular hourly price and there was ALOT of training. There is limited supervision so employees are left to fend for themselves if there are any issues.

Pros

I enjoyed working with the Youth. All the different program you could bring to the table to help keep children involved.

Cons

Management not always honest. Tell staff what is being said by parents and allow staff to work it out. Don't just write staff out of contracts. Or off the books. Tell them when they no longer have a JOB.

Pros

flexible schedule, autonomy, work with different types of people, allows you to learn how to work with diverse people, able to strengthen communication skills, the more clients you group the more money you can make per hour. Management is awesome in the Arlington office.

Cons

sometimes you work more hours than you are paid, depending on the budget hours may be limited, sometimes clients do no comply, the weekly paper work can be a drag. If you spend more than the budget you more likely wont get your money back.
