      - coworkers were wonderful overall - good supervision/support - flexibility

      Cons

      -excessive paperwork with very low rate for time spent. - some client locations did not feel very safe - low pay rate for experienced clinician , reasonable for a very new clinician however. - compassion fatigue is significant
