Fun internship, great experience

Pros

I was an intern as an ASOS brand ambassador. It was not hard to balance this internship and school, there was a lot of flexibility and great perks (free products, gift codes, etc.) I got to engage with my school population and spread the word in creative ways, which was right up my alley.

Cons

I wish they allowed this internship to for more than one year.

Pros

I've been provided with incredible learning opportunities and access to the company founder Paul, in addition to upward mobility tied pretty closely to my quality of work and ability to take on more responsibility in addition to making my own opportunities.

Cons

As with any small business, there are trade-offs: basic HR systems, lack of retirement fund support, and a very close culture which creates relationship challenges

Pros

Easy to work with, relative to college students, helpful with execution of events and tactics, comfortable boss to employee relationship

Cons

communication is hard when the offices are so far away, sometimes great ideas sounded great on paper but when it came to actually executing them it didn't happen
